Do I still have a warranty or guarantee on my product?
- To clarify this question, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
This may have an extended deadline.
- If your product is still within the warranty period, please take all further steps through the responsible dealer (contractual partner).
- If the product is outside the warranty period, you should contact one of the service partners listed above directly.
I bought the product privately, what needs to be clarified?
