The following offers and provisions apply exclusively to private end user (B2C customers) but not to dealers (B2B customers).
What to do if the purchased product does not meet your expectations?

On all MARKBASS items, we grant you, as a private end user, our “markbass.de” (MARKBASS Germany).
30 DAY MONEY-BACK guarantee from “markbass.de” (MARKBASS Germany).
Excluded are commercial customers / dealers.
Items that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, as well as consumable items and all products for hygienic reasons cannot be resold or products that are subject to licensing regulations are excluded.
If an item purchased from “markbass.de” does not meet your expectations, please contact us. The buyer can request a DHL parcel stamp for free return via DHL within Germany, if the weight of the returned item is less than 31.5 kg and the price of the item to be returned exceeds EUR 40.00. If the weight of the return exceeds 31.5 kg, after consultation with us, a (fee-based) return can be arranged by DHL or, if necessary, a freight forwarder.
Exceptions:
- A separate agreement for returns applies to B-STOCK and SPECIAL OFFERS (Sale), as marked in the shop. For items that the buyer does not like, the buyer must pay the return shipping costs.
Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging without signs of use and complete (including all supplied accessories)!
We will recalculate missing accessories at the regular sales price. If “missing accessories” can no longer be obtained from the manufacturer/supplier, we cannot take back the goods.

The points described above apply to the 30 DAY MONEY-BACK guarantee from “markbass.de” (MARKBASS Germany). The conditions mentioned in the paragraph “Extended return rights (30 DAY MONEY-BACK)” do not apply in the first 14 days (statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts) of the 30 DAY MONEY-BACK guarantee, but only in the following 16 days.
The legally prescribed 14-day right of withdrawal (according to § 13 BGB) for goods purchased by mail remains unaffected by these provisions. Information on the statutory right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms of Service (TOS).
§ 3 Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. However, a uniform order does not already exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other. If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website dsdrum.de. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You have to send the goods to S.M.I.L.E. Vertriebs GmbH, Industriestr. 6, DE-74927 Eschelbronn, to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Financed purchase
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender takes on our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan contract if you also have a right of revocation. If you withdraw from this contract, you are no longer bound by a contract related to this contract if the related contract relates to a service that is provided by us or a third party on the basis of an agreement between us and the third party.
